Incident Report Forms

Incident Report Forms are in the pigeonhole in the staffroom. It is a requirement that staff report all identified hazards and accidents/incidents in the workplace to their line manager or safety and health representative. Click the links below to also access:

Emergency Procedures

Emergency Procedures are displayed in each block’s Wet Area window.  

A clipboard is placed near teacher’s desk with the Evacuation Procedure, Warden names and school map. 

Hazardous chemicals, such as Glen20, diffusers and bleach are not allowed in the classroom. The cleaners provide products if required. Click the link below for more information:
