The Charthouse Primary School Board has endorsed the Schedule of Contributions and Charges for 2025. To assist with understanding all the costs that might be incurred throughout the school year the schedule is divided into three sections, download the schedule in the following link.
About Contributions
The total amount of contributions parents and carers are being asked to pay has been kept below the $60.00 maximum set in the School Education Regulations 2000.
School Voluntary Contributions for Kindergarten to Year 6 students in 2025 are:
- $50 for one child
- $100 for two children $130
- for a family of three or more children
While the contributions are voluntary, the quality of our teaching and learning program will be enhanced if each family makes a contribution. The contribution level sought represents approximately $1.25 per student, for each week of the school year. In 2025 money collected will be used to supplement school expenditure in the literacy, numeracy, technology, LOTE and physical education areas.
Payments can be made by Cash, EFTPOS or Direct Deposit.

Payments can be made in full or as part payments throughout the year. Payment can also be selected at the time of placing your 2025 student requirements.
