Charthouse Primary School P&C Association was formed to promote the interests of the school by bringing parents and citizens into co-operation, and raising funds to provide facilities and equipment for the school.

Become a member of your school’s P&C. New faces and fresh ideas are always welcome.

Don’t have much time? For those who would like to be involved within our community, no contribution of your time and help is too small. Everyone has something to offer and all assistance is valued.

Membership is a small investment of just $1 annually (January-December).

To join now, please complete the membership form below and place it in an envelope along with your membership fee of $1. Please return your envelope to the front office and place it in the P&C mailbox. A welcome email will be sent to you shortly afterwards.

What else does the P&C do?

The P&C funds and operates the Canteen and Uniform Shop.


Our canteen supervisors, Sandra and Emma, are always happy to welcome new parents and family members to help. Our Canteen is well patronised by students and Teachers and it can get fairly busy at times. If you can give any of your time to assist the Canteen it would be greatly appreciated.

The uniform shop is open Thursday mornings 8:30 to 9:00am.

Email - to order if you cannot attend the uniform shop in person.

EFTPOS is available in the uniform shop. A $1 surcharge applies to all transactions. Minimum spend for eftpos is $20.
